DadGames — Privacy Policy

Overview

DadGames is a collection of nine classic games. DadGames does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The app contains no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party tracking software of any kind.

Data Stored On Your Device

The following information is stored locally on your device. It is never transmitted to any server or shared with any third party:

• Game history — Results of completed games (winner, difficulty, date) are stored locally to power the stats screen.
• Tower of Hanoi best scores — Your personal best move counts per disk count are stored locally.
• App preferences — Settings such as haptics, sound, and last-used game options are stored locally via iOS UserDefaults.
• Purchase status — Whether you have purchased DadGames Pro is verified through Apple StoreKit and stored locally.
• Free trial start date — DadGames is free to use for 14 days. The date your trial began is stored locally in the iOS Keychain so it isn't reset by deleting and reinstalling the app.
• Crash logs — If the app closes unexpectedly, a crash report is written to your device so you can review it in Settings → Crash Logs. It is never sent anywhere automatically. You may choose to send one to the developer yourself using the Share button.

All of the above data lives exclusively on your device. Deleting the app removes it entirely.

Advertising

DadGames contains no advertising. No ad network is integrated into the app, and no advertising identifier is read or used.

Bluetooth

DadGames uses Bluetooth for local multiplayer between two nearby devices. No data is transmitted over the internet during a Bluetooth game session. Bluetooth is used only when you explicitly start a Bluetooth multiplayer game.

In-App Purchases

DadGames is free to use for 14 days. After that, a single one-time purchase — DadGames Pro — unlocks the app permanently. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store; we do not receive or store any payment information.

Analytics and Tracking

DadGames contains no analytics tools, crash reporting services, advertising SDKs, or behavioral tracking frameworks of any kind. We do not collect usage statistics or telemetry.

Data Collection Summary

We collect no personal data. All app data described above is stored locally on your device. The only network activity DadGames performs is direct Bluetooth and local-network communication between two devices during multiplayer games — no data passes through any server operated by us or anyone else.

Children's Privacy

DadGames is made for families to play together, including with young children. Because we collect no data at all, we collect no data from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, the revised version will be posted here with an updated date.
