Foresight — Privacy Policy

Overview

Foresight is a puzzle game with two modes, Chains and Logic Grids. Your privacy is central to how this app is designed. All game data — stars, completed levels, completed puzzles, and your settings — is stored exclusively on your device and is never uploaded to any server, cloud service, or third party.

Data Stored On Your Device

The following information is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and iOS UserDefaults. It is never transmitted to any server and never shared with any third party:

• Level and puzzle progress — Which Chains levels and Logic Grid puzzles you have completed, your star rating for each, and your best result.
• Preferences — Your sound and haptics settings.

All of the above data lives exclusively on your device. Deleting the app removes it entirely.

In-App Purchase

Foresight offers a single one-time purchase, Foresight Full Unlock, through Apple's in-app purchase system. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive, store, or process any payment card information or personal financial data. The purchase is verified locally through Apple's StoreKit framework and tied to your Apple ID, so it can be restored on any device without additional information from you.

Analytics and Tracking

Foresight contains no analytics tools, crash reporters, behavioral tracking frameworks, or advertising SDKs. We do not collect usage statistics or telemetry of any kind. There are no ads in the app.

Network Requests

Foresight makes no network requests to any server operated by us. The app works fully offline. The only external network communication is with Apple's servers for in-app purchase verification, which is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

Data Collection Summary

We collect no personal data. All app data is stored locally on your device and never leaves it except through Apple's StoreKit purchase verification, which is Apple's responsibility under their privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

Foresight does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information from any user, including users under 13. No account creation is required. No personal data leaves the device.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, the revised version will be posted here with an updated date.
