HumidiCast — Support

HumidiCast shows the current humidity where you are, plus a 48-hour and 7-day forecast, so you know when the air will feel dry or muggy before it happens.

How to Use

  1. Open HumidiCast and allow location access when prompted
  2. See your current humidity, today's description (from Very Dry to Very Humid), and the forecast bars below
  3. Scroll the 48-hour row horizontally to see the next two days hour by hour
  4. Scroll down for the 7-day min/max range

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does the app need my location?

HumidiCast looks up the humidity forecast for the place you actually are. Without location access, it has no way to know what to show.

Where does the weather data come from?

Forecasts are provided by Open-Meteo, a free open weather API. HumidiCast has no servers of its own.

What is the Support HumidiCast option?

It's an optional one-time tip — available in Small, Medium, and Large amounts — for anyone who wants to help keep the app free and maintained. Tips don't unlock any extra features and can be made more than once.

Why did I get a location error or no data?

Make sure Location Services is enabled for HumidiCast in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services, and that you have an internet connection. If a forecast fails to load, tap Retry.
